test renders

I have decided yet again to change the story , including the title of the short film.

Here are some test renders of the characters. Note that these are not the final designs. Just preliminary "sketches". Tests to see the effect of lighting, and some rendering/compositing approach.

I will be aiming for a non-photo realistic look. Something more stylized and 2d-y.

Repression and Denial

I deny how pressured I am with all the things I have to do for school and for a side project I'm doing to earn some cash for x-mas shopping. XD

I just watched a few films and realized how much more I need to "PUSH" myself.

We can't just really be complacent of a good work rendered with our brute force or effort. After seeing the amount of difference in quality there are with my work against the feature films, I instantly felt psychologically alienated. Oh well. I'll just have to go back and polish a few more stuff.

Pre-Prod is a killer.

It's 3:57 am and I just decided to make a blog. It feels weird to think of things to say or type, it's like I'm pretending someones talking to me. Apparently, I'm not a writer so you realized.

Getting hungry but too late to look for food. I should be sleeping now.

Real quick, I'd like to share that this page will serve as a WIP blog for my major 3d animation project in school. (MAPROD1-2 for those who know)

Hopefully I could get some feedback from people who might pass by. =D
